Limited Illustration Panels Celebrating 16 Years
The Attack on Titan illustration panels commemorate the 16th anniversary of the manga. Displayed at Gokokuji Station in Tokyo, sample panels line an entire wall, allowing visitors to see the artwork up close. The exhibition runs through March 3, 2026.

Each panel is a one of a kind item with a serial number. Fans can choose from 52 illustrations, including cover art from Volumes 1 through 34 of the manga, as well as color illustrations being turned into merchandise for the first time. From these carefully selected pieces, buyers can select their favorite design and receive a personalized panel stamped with its unique number.

Attack on Titan is based on the manga serialized in Bessatsu Shonen Magazine published by Kodansha from September 2009 to April 2021. The story depicts humanity living within massive walls to defend against man eating Titans. The narrative centers on Eren, who dreams of seeing the outside world, the cool and powerful fighter Mikasa, and the intelligent strategist Armin. As members of the Survey Corps, they confront overwhelming threats in a dark fantasy epic.

The manga has surpassed 140 million copies in circulation worldwide and has won numerous awards. The television anime began airing in 2013, and its final chapter concluded in November 2023. A two part live action film starring Haruma Miura was released in 2015, and a Hollywood adaptation project has also been announced.
